This Privacy Policy explains how Aitulya Private Limited(“Aitulya”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our products and services, including ShowShelf. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — the email address you sign in with.
• Business details — business name, WhatsApp/phone number, address, city, and GST number (if you provide it), which appear on your published catalogues.
• Catalogue content — product names, descriptions, prices, and images/videos you upload.
• Payment information — processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and plan details; we do not collect or store your card or bank account numbers.
• Technical & usage data — such as log data, device/browser information, and cookies necessary to operate the Services.

2. How we use your information

• to provide, maintain and improve the Services;
• to create and secure your account and process your payments;
• to publish the catalogues and business details you choose to make public;
• to send you service-related communications (e.g. sign-in links, receipts, important notices);
• to comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the Services — Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database, media storage and authentication), and Vercel (hosting) — under their own terms and safeguards.
• The public, to the extent you publish a catalogue: the business details and product content in a published catalogue are intentionally public and viewable by anyone with the link.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see “Your rights” below).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise these rights, email contact@aitulya.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Services. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Services from working correctly.

The Services are intended for users aged 18 and over and are not directed to children.
