Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Aitulya Private Limited (“Aitulya”, “we”, “us”), including ShowShelf and aiScholr. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Access to the paid Services is granted only after a valid purchase; accounts are provisioned to the email used at purchase.

2. Plans, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual).
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which will be added where required.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Plan limits (catalogues, products, photos, etc.) apply as described on the pricing page and may be enforced by the Services.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload — product names, descriptions, images, videos, business details and similar (“Your Content”). You grant Aitulya a limited licence to host, process, resize and display Your Content solely to operate the Services, including publishing catalogues you choose to make public. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content;
• sell prohibited or restricted goods, or misrepresent products or prices;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services;
• send spam or violate the rights or privacy of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Aitulya and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

6. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties such as Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database, storage and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the Services may be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Service availability & disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Services reliable, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aitulya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
